By accessing muthucrackers.in and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks
• You must be legally competent to enter into contracts
• You confirm compliance with all local/state laws on fireworks purchase, possession, and use
• We may request age verification at any time
• Orders by minors will be cancelled and refunded (minus transaction fees)

Order Placement

• Orders via website, WhatsApp, or phone constitute an offer to purchase
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Order confirmation (via WhatsApp/SMS/email) constitutes acceptance
• Minimum order value: ₹2,500 for home delivery

Pricing

• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST unless stated
• Prices subject to change without notice; confirmed price applies at order time
• Discounts/offers valid only for stated period and stock
• Wholesale/B2B pricing requires separate agreement

Availability

• Stock levels shown are indicative; actual availability confirmed at order processing
• Out-of-stock items: we'll contact you for alternatives or partial refund
• Festival season: early ordering recommended (1-2 weeks advance)

Accepted Methods

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS)
• Cash on Delivery (select pincodes only, max ₹50,000)

Payment Rules

• Full payment required before dispatch (except approved COD)
• Payment proof (screenshot/reference) required for UPI/Bank transfers
• Orders unpaid for 24 hours may be cancelled
• GST invoice provided for all orders; provide GSTIN at ordering for B2B

Coverage & Timelines

• Delivery across Tamil Nadu only (currently)
• Free delivery on orders ≥ ₹2,500
• Same-day dispatch for orders before 2 PM (business days)
• Transit time: 1-3 business days (varies by location)

Delivery Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete delivery address with pincode
• Ensure someone is available to receive (fireworks require adult signature)
• Inspect package immediately upon delivery for damage
• Report issues within 24 hours with photos (see Returns Policy)

Delivery Exceptions

• Remote/restricted areas: may incur additional charges or require pickup
• Force majeure (weather, strikes, lockdowns): delays not our liability
• Incorrect address: re-delivery charges apply

Your Responsibilities

• Local Laws: Verify fireworks are legal in your city/district
• Green Crackers: Mandatory in many TN cities - check local rules
• Timing: Follow Supreme Court/state guidelines on bursting hours
• Storage: Cool, dry place away from heat/sparks/children
• Usage: Adult supervision mandatory; follow all safety instructions
• Disposal: Soak used crackers in water before disposal

• Green crackers (SWAS/SAFAL/STAR) certified per CSIR-NEERI norms
• Packaging & transport per Explosives Rules, 2008
• GST-compliant billing for all transactions

• Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items: Free replacement or full refund within 24 hours of delivery (photos required)
• Change of Mind: Not accepted (safety/regulatory restriction)
• Cancellation: Before dispatch - full refund; After dispatch - not possible
• Refund Timeline: 2-10 business days depending on payment method

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability limited to order value
• No liability for: misuse, illegal use, failure to follow instructions, third-party actions, force majeure
• No warranty beyond manufacturer specifications & PESO certification
• Product colors/effects may vary slightly from images/descriptions

For bulk/wholesale orders (typically ≥ 50 boxes or ₹50,000+):

• Separate wholesale agreement required
• Minimum order quantities apply per category
• Advance payment: 50% on confirmation, balance before dispatch
• GSTIN mandatory for B2B invoicing
• Lead time: 7-14 days for large orders

1. Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp/email to resolve informally (we aim for 48-hour resolution)
2. Step 2: If unresolved, either party may escalate to mediation
3. Step 3: Failing mediation, disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu

Governing Law: Laws of India. Consumer disputes may also be filed per Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell fireworks without proper license
• Export/send fireworks outside India
• Modify, tamper with, or dismantle products
• Use for illegal, harmful, or nuisance purposes
• Interfere with website operations or security
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission

• Severability: If any term is invalid, remaining terms stay in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it
• Assignment: We may assign rights/obligations; you may not without consent
• Entire Agreement: These terms + Privacy Policy = complete agreement
• Language: English version prevails in case of translation discrepancies
